MOFET Fund: Product Development Track (Industrial R&D)

The MOFET Fund (Industrial R&D) is the Authority’s central tool for encouraging manufacturing companies to adopt new product development processes.
The Product Development track is designed to help existing companies make a technological leap and evolve from manufacturing companies into product-developing companies.

What Does the Support Include?

Significant Funding: A grant covering 60% to 66% of the approved budget (up to a ceiling of ₪2.5 million)
Broad Expense Coverage: The grant includes R&D salaries, materials, subcontractors, knowledge acquisition, and activities for assessing commercial feasibility

Do You Meet the Eligibility Criteria?

The track is intended for companies that meet the following criteria:

The majority of the company’s revenue comes from manufacturing activities
Low investment in R&D (less than 7% of annual revenue)
A relatively small R&D team (up to 25 development employees)
