What Is the Pilot Program?

This is a strategic support tool that provides Israeli companies with substantial funding to conduct beta sites, run pilot programs, and adapt products in target markets worldwide.

What Can You Receive?

As part of the program, eligible companies can benefit from generous grants:

Track A – International Pilot (Proof of Feasibility):
Participation in funding a pilot with a foreign corporation, up to 50% of eligible expenses and up to ₪400,000
Track B – Product Adaptation for Target Market:
Support for product/packaging/regulatory adaptation to a new market, up to 50% of eligible expenses and up to ₪200,000

Who Is It For?

A company with investments between ₪2.5 million and ₪100 million or annual turnover between ₪2.5 million and ₪100 million
A company or licensed business operating within one of the following clusters

Life Sciences & Health: Medical devices, biotech, pharma, biopharma, and digital health
Advanced Manufacturing: Advanced industry, semiconductors, information and communication technologies
Desert Tech & Climate: Water, renewable energy, desert agriculture, cleantech, and climate technologies
Agro-Food Tech: Foodtech, agrotech, biology, and marine agriculture
Defense & Homeland Security: Cyber, dual-use technologies, defense, space and aviation, homeland security
High-Tech: Fintech and blockchain, smart mobility, and software

Consulting Services: Professional support in market strategy, regulation, and more
Market Entry Strategy Development: Tailored marketing and business plans for the target market
Digital Marketing & Advertising: Online campaigns and localized promotional activities
Regulation & Certification: Compliance with standards and regulatory approval processes in target markets
Equipment & Materials: Required for executing the pilot
Local Employee Salary Abroad: Hiring a local representative/employee during the program period
Legal & Accounting Services: Support for agreements, contracts, and regulatory compliance
Logistics & Shipping: Transportation, freight, and customs brokerage
Establishment of Marketing & Distribution Centers Abroad: Offices or facilities supporting market entry
Travel Expenses to Target Market: Flights, accommodation, and direct business travel related to the activity
Subcontractors: Costs for subcontractors in Israel or abroad related to the pilot
