Seed Fund – Workforce Training Track

The track combines hands-on workplace training with direct employment, including additional incentives for target populations and the Tekuma region.

CEO Directive Grants 1.8 – In-Plant Training / On-the-Job Training (OJT)

These grants are designed to encourage employers to train new employees or upskill existing ones, with grants ranging from ₪4,000 to ₪19,000 per employee, depending on salary level and target population.

Key Details – CEO Directive 1.8 (OJT Track):

Please note: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis apply as soon as possible.

₪10,000 grant for each new employee trained and hired as part of the program
Additional ₪5,000 grant for high-salary placement for each approved employee earning מעל ₪8,900 per month (over a period of 6 months)
Additional ₪2,000 grant for each approved employee from a preferred population (people with disabilities, Arab population including Druze, Bedouin, and Circassian communities, single parents, ultra-Orthodox, Ethiopian immigrants, and new immigrants)
Additional ₪1,000 grant for ultra-Orthodox men

Applications can be submitted retroactively up to 60 days for an employee working at least 135 hours per month, with a minimum salary of ₪6,800 (gross).
